nice toiletriesgreat breakfastconvenient location
i stayed in the double or twin room private bathroom. the room had very nice toiletries and robes. breakfast was great too. the location proved convenient for the town center.
The steps up to rooms felt a bit dodgy, especially with luggage. When on the top step, the door opens outwards. this design means you are quite close to the edge of the steps.

Excellent Stay
great hostfantastic foodlovely winesperfect room
Andy is a great host. His wife and the team in the kitchen prepared fantastic food! We enjoyed lovely wines and good banter. I stayed in the Garden Room and it was perfect. I recommend this accommodation to anyone.
The bolt on the gate didn't latch properly. The quilts felt heavy for the time of year.

unkempt gardendisgusting black pudding
The garden looked neglected with furniture broken, which annoyed me. A bar or restaurant should be available, but it was closed. They said this after I paid. Breakfast was awful, except bacon. The black pudding tasted like blood, it was disgusting. parking was not easy. The website said there was ample free parking nearby, but it took me two hours to find a space.

My room was a good size. It was spotlessly clean, I thought. The position was excellent too. The food was AMAZING!!!
The room was far too small. It was right next to the outer access door. There was a motor running outside all night too. I was told it was the cheapest room.
