Mixed Experience, Some Disappointments

The staff seemed friendly and helpful (always a plus).
The room was quite cold upon arrival. The AC unit eventually warmed the room, but it made an unpleasant smell and so much noise I could barely sleep. It seemed like choosing between freezing or having a headache all night.

Some Issues with Room Cleanliness

The room did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness. I found red stains on the curtains in the upstairs area. They resembled blood or vomit. The toilet was also quite filthy with significant dust accumulation near the floor. It was it had not been properly cleaned in a while..
