The hotel was very clean and the location was acceptable.
My room was changed without my knowledge. I walked into a room with someone already in it. We were both using different pass codes. The shower had no working temperature control, so it was too hot. The mirror was at the opposite end from the sockets, which wasn't convenient.

the location was good and communication was clear. the cleaner even let us stay beyond checkout time.
the room lacked a kettle. i am a tea drinker and hot water from the coffee machine is not good. the hotel would benefit from a fridge too. i could not find instructions for the air conditioning and the room got too hot.

The location was convenient. I found the automated check-in process efficient. The en suite was really good with modern fixtures. I appreciated the provided amenities, perfect for a comfortable overnight stay.
The room decor was superb! though the Roku TV was a bit flaky as it relies on WiFi. It would be great to have a more reliable connection for streaming.

The superior king room featured a comfortable bed and a clean modern design. The room included adequate space for luggage. The air conditioning unit functioned efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature throughout my stay, I liked it!

the room has great cleanliness. i found the bed very comfortable and provided perfect rest. check-in and check-out use a code, it was prompt and convenient. the communal coffee machine offered tasty coffees and i tried hot chocolates.
i noted the room might benefit from additional lighting. i think some bedside lamps and a kettle in the room improve the experience.

the air conditioning WAS amazing during the hot days. The coffee room downstairs offered a huge bonus, I could always get a hot drink.
