the food in the pub was good and the staff were friendly. i found the rooms to be clean, well-decorated, and maintained. its location just outside a town makes it easy to access nice walks.

The beautiful double room was spacious. i appreciated the in-room tea and coffee facilities. The kettle worked efficiently! breakfast included a selection of cereals and fresh fruit.
the security light outside was broken. descending the stairs in the dark felt a little unsafe.

small roomlimited ventilation
the room felt quite small. it got uncomfortably hot, and there wasn't much air. the toilet was placed very close to the shower. this made moving around the bathroom difficult. i noticed some hairs around the sink too. that detail bothered me a bit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . i found the breakfast great with many options. the location seemed like a little oasis after a long day. I really appreciated it.
the meal was quite nice, but it was WAY too expensive for what i had.
