Check-in was simple. The room felt very spacious. The staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choices. I especially liked fresh fruits and pastries every morning. I am grateful to the whole team!

the room was a beautiful king room. it included a rainfall shower (i really loved it). the hotel provided excellent service and very good facilities.
the room did not feel fresh maybe from the process of cleaning with a damp smell to the room.

emman at reception greeted me with a smile. krishna from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean. lenny, evita, anna, and rahul from the restaurant were always friendly. sita and resty at the sky lounge bar provided excellent hospitality.
the pillows seemed old. they felt damaged inside. i requested a new pillow, but it was also old and damaged.

i found the staff quite friendly. the hotel is easily accessible. my room was both nice and comfortable. i appreciated the convenient location (close to shops and restaurants).
the soundproofing was not good. traffic noise from outside made it difficult to sleep. this was particularly noticeable late on friday.

the superior king room included a king-sized bed and a seating area. the room featured a work desk with ample lighting and multiple power outlets. i had a clear view from my window.
