The room was spacious. the cleanliness was amazing. the hotel staff demonstrated very nice helpfulness. the manager, narun nabi shahin, showed really good politeness. the breakfast offered excellent quality and variety. the restaurant staff provided excellent service. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts i have experienced.
the air conditioning blew directly onto my face throughout the night. there was also a lack of hot water in the showers across all three rooms. i found this quite inconvenient.

the breakfast offered a good selection, however, the rooftop restaurant's menu had limited variety. the quality of the food available was still acceptable.

I really liked the spacious three-bedroom apartment for our family. the apartment was very clean. the breakfast service was wonderful. The staff was attentive and always willing to help. the facilities were well kept, including the pools and gym.

I stayed here and the staff were really friendly and helpful. housekeeping came daily and supplied everything i needed. i appreciated the early check-in offered. It made my arrival smooth. the apartment was spacious and the balcony offered a nice view.
the hallway noise was a little loud at times, but not too bothersome.
