fluffy towels smooth check-in
the staff ensured smooth check-in. i found complimentary biscuits and teabags in the room, very convenient. there was a wardrobe containing shelves and eight hangers. generous fluffy white towels were provided in the bathroom.
i experienced an electrical issue in my room. this meant i had to use an extension cable stretched across the floor. no alternative room was offered to me .
Rooms

the room featured a sash window that opens, nice for fresh air. curtains blocked out light completely, ensuring a dark sleep environment. the bed was very comfortable (i really liked it).
