a satisfactory experience
knowledgeable host friendly welcome small room steep steps
amy greeted me warmly and provided assistance with my luggage. she showed me the room and the guesthouse. she was also very knowledgeable about attractions in lincolnshire and nottinghamshire. amy was helpful and friendly.
the room was small and the bathroom was tiny. there was barely room to turn around. the steps to the second floor were narrow and very steep. they could be a barrier to anyone with mobility issues.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. they were very accommodating with letting me store my bags. the location was really good. It was easy to find and parking was also easy!!!
The room was very small. There was barely room to turn around. the steps to the second floor were narrow and very steep. they would be a barrier for anyone with mobility issues.

unpleasant experience temperature
The breakfast was acceptable , but nothing Lovely.
I found an issue with the shower. It was either scalding hot or ice cold , and I COULDN'T get it to a comfortable temperature. This. I hope they address this problem soon.

i found the staff charming and very accommodating . breakfast included delicious food and was made from local produce it felt very special.

firm pillows steep stairs
the room was clean enough.
the stairs were a real problem with my luggage. the room felt quite dated. the pillows were also far too firm (i really needed my own).

satisfactory accommodation
convenient location flawless access breakfast variety comfortable stay
the location proved convenient, it being quite near the town center. wifi access functioned without fault, a necessity for my communications. breakfast included a variety of choices, it catered effectively to different diets. my room featured a functional setup, it allowed for a comfortable short stay.
the room was a bit dated, the decoration showed some signs of wear.
