The room was large and spacious, generally clean, and had a good en-suite with a bathtub and shower over it.

The reception was often unattended, frustrating when I needed assistance. the breakfast was fairly standard, i was hoping for a bit more variety. I think a bigger selection of hot food could IMPROVE the breakfast experience.

poor water pressureoutdated decor

The shower pressure was not adequate. It barely produced a trickle. The outdated decor was visible throughout the room, ESPECIALLY the worn carpets and chipped furniture. I also found the lack of readily available staff frustrating, as the reception was often unattended, leading to delays in addressing queries. These issues detracted from what could have been a more satisfactory visit. I certainly expected a higher standard considering the price.

i stayed in the accessible room. it was big enough for a wheelchair. the bed was also quite comfy. i enjoyed free parking at the hotel.

the soap dispenser above the sink was too high for a wheelchair user.
