Amazing Adults-Only Retreat
pool area super staff
The beautiful pool area was really good. The front-of-house staff was super. I felt relaxed with easy and available parking. The hotel has a feeling of peace.
I found that there were no drawers to put clothing in. Everything remained in the suitcase. There wasn't any means of drying swimsuits.

relaxing atmosphere friendly staff convenient parking
i appreciated the hotel's beautiful garden and pool area. the landscaping created a very relaxing atmosphere. the staff are friendly and always AVAILABLE. complimentary parking was also a convenient addition.
the air conditioning unit in my room was a little LOUD.

breakfast offered a good selection, EVEN suitable for vegetarians. i did notice that some items, like cheese and yogurt, were not consistently chilled. hygiene standards should be maintained more carefully to ensure food safety.

the hotel sits somewhat AWAY from the main town. a car is advisable if you plan to dine out in the evenings. the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, which adds positively to the overall experience.

overall, the service was attentive and pleasant THROUGHOUT the hotel. one small issue i faced was regarding hot water on my first night. addressing such maintenance issues promptly would further improve guest satisfaction.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast was buffet style. It had lots of choice. The room included a hot tub. I found it a lovely way to relax after the beach. I enjoyed sitting by the pool. I had a drink in the evening. It was relaxing.
I asked to pay before seeing the room. The room was dark. Electric light was needed. There were plenty of stairs. The lift was not working . The hotel informed me it wouldn't be repaired.
