the breakfast buffet was fresh and diverse, offering many choices. alara and bahar provided perfect service by the pool, being very polite and professional.

The reception desk offered excellent support. Their calm demeanor and warm communication were welcome! the concierge team provided excellent recommendations. They secured a beach reservation late on saturday, demonstrating dedication.

The pool was big and clean. It was great! the gym featured modern equipment. It included treadmills and stationary bikes, supporting a complete workout session .

The hotel's location is excellent. It is surrounded by cafes and restaurants! the proximity to the seafront makes exploring the city easy. The hotel is also very close to the ferry, offering convenient transportation.

the beds are comfortable, i slept really well. the bathroom includes elegant design and nice appointments! the workout area has nice equipment too.
I booked a room expecting top quality, though there were some hidden costs. i was shocked by the unexpected deposit demand. It was not clearly mentioned. the receptionist insisted the rate was 'too low for two people', so that was annoying.
