the breakfast was great (especially the omelettes!).
I left my iphone charger in my room upon checking out. i wrote many emails to the staff to hand it over to my colleague after they found it, but i never got it back. i would have expected a better handling of this affair. I never received a further reply.

the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was modern (i liked that it had a separate shower). the fast internet speed was better than many hotels i have visited.
the beds were too firm for my liking. i stacked multiple pillows to try to make it more bearable. the spa lacked a jacuzzi, which i found disappointing.

The staff provided great service. I appreciated their professionalism and kindness. My room was upgraded upon arrival, a pleasant surprise (a very nice touch!). Breakfast offered an amazing selection, with omelettes cooked to order. The top floor bar has excellent views and excellent service.
I found that the bed was a bit firm, impacting my sleep quality slightly.

the room offered a fabulous view. i also found the breakfast very good. the location suited my needs well enough (i did not mind walking a bit).
