disappointing cleanliness and service
noticeable dustindifferent staff
i wasn't too impressed with the cleanliness. when i checked in, the room had noticeable dust. additionally, the staff seemed a bit indifferent when i brought up these issues. this. it's a shame, as these things affected my overall stay.

The room featured multiple charging points beside the bed. I found the lighting options very convenient. Heating controls worked perfectly. I was able to open a window for fresh air.
The breakfast, unfortunately, was a slight disappointment. I found it somewhat mediocre.

I found the design both modern and elegant. The rooms offered quiet comfort, and cleanliness was clearly a priority. The AUS restaurant impressed me with its delicious food and stylish ambiance. Staff members were friendly, professional, and always available.

This hotel is conveniently situated near many key attractions. I found the American embassy only a few hundred feet away. Freedom Square is approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I walked there easily.

the Breakfast had lots of variety, and the receptionist kindly prepared breakfast boxes for our early 5:30 AM checkout and arranged a taxi.
The hotel room was not clean. I found greasy stains on the microwave and kitchenette, dirty glasses, and dusty shelves. the bathtub drain was broken, and the towels were never changed , it was disappointing.

This hotel is ideally located a short walk from the city center. The room was spacious and clean, offering a modern bathroom. Breakfast had a fantastic selection of items, including warm dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. The spa facilities include a sauna and a large hydromassage pool. I found the price of my room included access to this amenity, so that was quite nice.
