wonderful experience
comfortable bed delicious options super clean room tasty chilla
the rooms were super clean. the bed was very comfortable and the amenities were great. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. chef chandan served me the tastiest chilla.
the shower mixer is a manual type making it time consuming to choose the correct water temperature after applying soap.

the hotel offers valet service though they need to park vehicles under a roofed parking or clean the vehicles from outside. house keeping needs to do more in-depth cleaning especially in the rooms. maintenance needs some finishing touches at various hotel places.

the front desk officers were very warm and amicable. the staff was very professional and courteous. they know their job very well and know how to handle every situation. the team members consistently showed friendliness, efficiency, warmth, understanding, humility, politeness, cheerfulness, cooperation and attentiveness.

the food quality was excellent and the restaurant is reasonably priced. café 17 had good food and service. the bakery was very good and the staff very cooperative. live music during dinner at café 17 made the night special.

large room well maintained rooms gym facilities dated room unpleasant odor broken iron
I found the rooms were large. Everything was clean and well maintained. The spa and gym facilities were good. The location is perfect for going around the city.
The rooms felt dated. One of them had a strong unpleasant odor that required us to request a room change. The iron provided was broken and posed a serious safety hazard.
