The bed had a comfortable mattress. The room was warm. The cleaning was thorough with good quality towels. Staff was polite and helpful. I received my requested floor preference. This detail improved my overall experience. The bathroom was very nice. The room itself was also spacious and pleasant.
The hotel underground parking cost 22 eur. It was a slight inconvenience.

wonderful stay!

perfect locationfriendly staffdelicious breakfastslight odor
the location worked perfectly as i explored many sites nearby. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions. breakfast offered a wide array of options and was delicious every morning! i really enjoyed the mini fridge that was there.
The shower drain had a slight odor. It could use some attention.

the room had good quality towels and bedding, it was warm, and cleanliness was obvious. the mattress proved comfortable and facilitated restful sleep at night. i appreciate the turndown service with fresh linens!

The staff really made the hotel stand out. They are polite and helpful. i observed the staff interacting positively with many guests, even with special requests. multilingual assistance was readily available, simplifying communications!
