The staff seemed so friendly, and they was helpful. Breakfast included various food. Reception staff was cute. They resolved issues quick. A lady in the breakfast room helped a guest with sight problems. She were really good.
I must say, the floor did creak some. It was minor thing, though.

The location is near the bus and rail stations. It was important for me! Supreme Room is large and comfortable. The space was appreciated. I loved that there was a kettle and coffee machine. Made my mornings easy.
The floor is so badly built, it makes a ton of noise. It sounds like heavy stomping when anyone walks past the room in the corridor. That was so annoying!

The location was acceptable. It was close to transport links.
The room service was a joke. The room wasn't cleaned at all for four days! i even asked for a quick tidy, but nothing happened. also, the electronic lock broke, requiring a room change, and the new room faced the street, so street noise was constant. plus, the breakfast buffet seemed overpriced for what was on offer.
