I found the breakfast buffet offers many choices. My room had good layout with a different setup. Location is excellent, directly across from the park. I also used Bolt taxi services a lot. They were very effective.
The vodka tonic at the bar seems a little more expensive.

Staff provide prompt and friendly service, this ensures a good experience. Staff helped find specific information about the city that google doesn't have. The bartender gave competent advice on drinks and snacks.

the location was great. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the staff was very helpful (they always greeted me with a smile!). the breakfast had many choices and options.
the room felt a bit cool (it was only 21 degrees). i requested an extra heater and received one. there was no bedside cabinet on one side of the bed. the bathroom light switch turned on a light in the bedroom, which wasn't ideal.

i found the hotel rooms really spacious! it was super convenient that the hotel is in front of the park. this makes it easy to take a stroll and get some fresh air anytime i wanted. the staff are very kind and friendly too, that's always a big plus for me.
i had to run back to my car to grab it. i think they can improve on communicating this better before.

i am really impressed with the water dispenser they had on the hallway, a great way to stay hydrated. i also saw that they are providing fruit at the reception, a nice and healthy snack option. these little touches.

my room was super spacious, and i really liked that. i was impressed it felt very clean and new. it really gave me plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day out exploring.
