Mediocre Stay with Room Issues
noisy air conditioning missing plug
I found a couple of things disappointing . The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, and it made sleeping difficult. I found that there was no plug for the sink, quite inconvenient. These issues impacted my overall experience, I must say.

quiet location spacious room comfortable bed central location
i enjoyed the excellent location! the hotel is right in the centre. it was also quiet because the hotel is tucked around the corner. my room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed.
the lighting in my room was a bit dim, it had many small lamps instead of a central bright light.

Levs was helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. the staff was very attentive and polite. room service prepared the room while i had breakfast each day. That was convenient.

the breakfast service included many choices. they provided breakfast boxes for early departures, i could have coffee and tea before leaving! the restaurant on the fifth floor terrace offers views of the cathedral.

this hotel is centrally located in the old town. it is convenient for sightseeing around the city. many attractions are only a short walk away, i visited several museums!

mixed experience in a central location
The location was quite central. I could easily walk to most attractions.
My room was not what i expected. The slanted floor was like i was on a ship, and the bed was so hard, i woke up multiple times each night.
