Mixed feelings about this resort

raw chickenlacking decency

The food service REALLY let me down. One evening, the mixed grill tasted off, and the next, the chicken arrived raw. Apparently, being busy excuses serving questionable food (!). No one offered a full refund. They just removed the uncooked item from the bill. It seems basic decency is lacking here.

the staff displayed kindness. and dedication , which i found very appreciable! the hotel's location directly on the beach offers convenient access, i liked it. the large bed had a mosquito net, we found it quite useful.

I noticed damp and mold on the walls in my room. It was quite off-putting. black mold in the shower was also present, i did not expect that.

The comfortable, spacious room included air conditioning and a balcony. That was lovely. a large bed was available in the room! it was well maintained.
