Surprised by the Service and Ambiance

I had a room with a slight damp smell at first, but the staff was quick to help. They moved me to a beautifully scented room right away and gave complimentary sparkling wine as compensation. The room had a super comfy bed, stylish decor, and a spacious shower with good water pressure. I liked the mystic shop inside the premises too.

I noticed that the parking wasn't available on the premises, so I had to find parking on the streets around.

The hotel has easy parking near the premises and is close to the beach. A walk into town is nice from this location. This makes exploring the area simple. This spot felt good and safe.

The rooms feature a unique feel, blending Moorish style with industrial design elements. The earth colors in my room had a calming effect. I was relaxed. The glass shower with view inside the room seemed quirky.

the staff were helpful . the pool terrace felt modern and relaxing. i found the location convenient with the main beach only a short walk away also the rooms were very comfortable. the hotel allowed me to leave my luggage .

the gym could benefit from a few more equipment upgrades. i noticed there were limited options for weight training. this didn't ruin my stay, but it's something i hope they improve.

The room included a spacious bathroom. I could choose the color of the under-bed night light! The breakfast spread was the BIGGEST I have ever seen. It had everything from hard-boiled eggs to chocolate brownies.

The wi-fi signal was a bit weak.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. Parking was available both in front of the building and in the garage. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered fresh food and a great choice for all tastes.

The gym was rather small. It only included a few machines and weights and I found it somewhat crowded during peak hours.

the breakfast buffet was bigger than any other hotel i stayed. i saw hundreds of kites in the air during the day because this is the wind surfers paradise.

our room had the most unconfutable aircon ever. the fan was not working.
