Lakeside bliss!!!

The lodge offered AMAZING views of the lake. I found the outdoor area to be VERY serene. It was quiet and the furnishings were nice. Everything I needed was there.

I noticed a VERY slight cobweb in the corner of the living room, barely there though.

The kitchen had every utensil I could need for cooking. I found a full complement of pots and pans. Dining was easy and convenient. I found the barbecue great.

The bathrooms were modern and spacious and offered great showers. The master ensuite bathroom was convenient. The second bathroom even included a bath. The lodge provided ample space.

The lodge enjoys a lovely lakeside location, close to water sports. It also provided easy access to nearby towns. This made it a great base for exploring the area. I found it peaceful and relaxing.

The location was okay. It wasn't too far from Windermere.

The cleanliness REALLY let the place down. The dining chairs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages! and the window blinds were FILTHY. It didn't feel very sanitary.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway!

The holiday home was fantastic. It felt warm and familiar. Views of the lake were lovely. The host was so attentive.

I think the dining chairs could have used a better cleaning. The sofas could also be cleaner. I think it would improve the overall experience .

The Holiday Home had two large bedrooms. One bedroom was ensuite. There was plenty of storage space in the hallway and a washing machine for guest convenience.
