jacuzzi and central location
central location great jacuzzi surprise prosecco
the location was excellent, just a short walk from restaurants and the castle. the jacuzzi in the room added a great touch. i found the included prosecco, soft drinks, and beer a nice surprise!
i noticed some lights in the bathroom did not work, though the rest of the room was fine.

The suite had a hot tub that was perfect for two people. bathroom facilities were immaculate. Plenty of space existed around the bed. i noticed a large tv and a fireplace.

excellent city centre stay
comfortable bed beautiful tub stocked fridge
the room was super clean and well-appointed. it included all amenities i needed, such as a comfortable bed and a beautiful tub. the hotel's location is perfect.. it allows easy exploration of nearby attractions and the castle. i liked the thoughtful touches, like the stocked fridge and coffee bar.
i noticed some slight wear on the bathroom fixtures.

broken jets lack of repair
the jacuzzi bath was great and it had prosecco beers and waters in the fridge.
The communication was smooth before arrival. however, the hot tub jets were not working during my entire stay. It was a significant disappointment. i reported it, but no one fixed it. this lack of functionality severely impacted my relaxation plans.
