a tender memory
friendly staff spacious carpark poolside cabana
The staff at check-in were friendly. the cleaning staff had a nice attitude. i found the car park spacious. It gave me a sense of relief (small things matter). i had a wonderful day near the pool in a cabana, a true moment of peace.
the room i stayed in was a bit noisy because of extraction fans from the restaurant below, disturbing the otherwise calm atmosphere.

The hotel is near the sea and not far from the main street. This ensures convenient access to both the beach and local attractions. you can easily explore nearby shops and restaurants.

rooms offer comfortable beds paired with amazing linen. the rooms feature a dyson hairdryer and a missoni bathrobe. also, the airiness of each room creates a relaxing environment.

totally rad stay!
amazing food ocean view great location
i stayed at the hotel and loved it! the japanese restaurant, yamagen, had amazing food and the service was fantastic. my king ocean view room was neat as a pin, and the view was excellent! plus, the location rocks because it is a short walk to both the beach and cavill avenue.
i wasn't told about this beforehand, so that was a bit of a surprise. it would have been nice to know in advance!

my king ocean view room featured super comfy beds and was very clean. it also included a rainfall shower and individual climate control, top notch after a day at the beach.

the pool area included plenty of space to relax in the sun. the hotel offers several dining options, and the gym had modern equipment. i saw multiple staff members that were helpful and attentive to guests.

good food fast service
The hotel offered a range of good food options (i especially enjoyed the room service). Room service was fast and of great quality. Pricing was very reasonable. I also appreciated its proximity to two tram stations and the beach.

handy location good size friendly staff small sink terrible pressure design rubbish
the location was handy for the beach. the gym had a good size and good equipment. reception staff were friendly, they really helped me.
the bathroom design was not great. there was a small sink with a shelf above. there was terrible water pressure! i found a step to stub my toe on when entering the bathroom.
