amazing stay with awesome perks!
central location daily snacks thoughtful staff
the location is central i walked everywhere! my room had crisps and bottled water provided daily talk about service! staff ensured my partner had a first-floor room due to his knee surgery that really showed care.
the stairway to the room needed some cleaning.

the hotel sits right on the high street everything is a step away! i walked to the train station north beach harbour beach castle hill and castle beach all within ten minutes.

the food tasted delicious i got served quickly even with a busy crowd. the pub downstairs creates a lovely atmosphere i enjoyed the chairs and chesterfield lounge sofas inside. i got a cappuccino early one morning that was a nice touch.

my bedroom felt spacious i really appreciated the complimentary water crisps tea and coffee facilities. a bottle of prosecco waited for us a really lovely birthday surprise! the bed felt comfortable after a long day.

the gardens out back felt lovely and clean i also thought they are very pretty. i noticed plenty of outside space available to sit i spent a lot of time there. it was like an absolute gem!

great location bonus balcony charming building
The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the room had a balcony, and it was a great bonus. the building really has a lot of charm. I liked it.

adequate stay with noise issues
noise level low pressure shower
the room was clean and the bed proved quite comfortable.
i was placed in a room directly above the bar the noise continued late i found it difficult to sleep before midnight on both nights the shower had low pressure and needs upgrading.

Check-in was straightforward. The room was spotlessly clean. Complimentary extras were a pleasant surprise. The bed provided great comfort. Its central location suited me well. it was reasonably priced. I certainly found everything easy.
The stairway to my room showed visible signs of wear and could benefit from a refresh.
