I found the location amazing. The staff provided great detail explaining everything upon arrival. I even received a lovely welcome gift. What a nice touch! The hotel is modern, comfortable, and nicely decorated. the room had everything I needed.
The hotel is on a bit of an incline. This detail made access a little challenging. Otherwise, my stay was great!

perfect location quiet room friendly staff delicious breakfast
I am grateful for the hotel's perfect location. It was near important places. My room was really quiet. The staff was very friendly and helped me a lot . Breakfast was delicious and provided a lot of options.
The authorization to drive into the restricted area lacked proper guidance, so I recommend parking in public car parks instead.

Excellent location, minor flaw
central location comfortable bed delicious coffee
The hotel location is great, very close to the city center. the room felt fresh and big. the beds was comfortable. i enjoyed coffee and tostadas from the hotel's restaurant. It was tasty. i drank coffee at the terrace because the view is amazing.
The toilet door locked itself and we couldn't get in. the shower was good, but one glass panel had been not fitted well. It flooded the room. i couldn't adjust the room temperature, it only allowed heating with the air conditioning.
