Charming Spot Near Everything
excellent location great meal big shower friendly staff
I found the location excellent. Many attractions were within walking distance. Restaurants abound in the immediate area. I never struggled to find a great meal. My room included a big shower, which I appreciated. The staff were very friendly. They helped me secure a cab to the airport when I left.
The hotel's gym lacked free weights, and the treadmill screens were sometimes unresponsive.

The staff provided prompt assistance with luggage storage both upon arrival and after checkout, made travel logistics much simpler. The front desk offered helpful directions. This ensured easy navigation around the area. The team was always smiling and available.

The hotel is located near iconic cafes. the staff are personable, and the room cleaning is diligent. i found the location to be very convenient. The odeon metro station is close by. my bags were delivered to my room before i returned, which i appreciated.

great stay in a central location
fantastic location quiet street luggage storage comfortable bed
the location was fantastic. odeon metro stop is nearby and the street is quiet with several restaurants. staff secured our luggage after checkout. i appreciated that (it allowed me to sightsee without baggage). the comfortable bed allowed me to sleep well.
the room service wasn't very consistent. it was a bit inconvenient at times. i wish it was addressed more promptly.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is a short walk from Luxembourg Gardens. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful (they provided useful tips). The beds were comfortable.
The hotel pictures did not match the room I received. The price listed online differed from the charge. I thought it strange that I had to leave my room key at the front desk each time I left.

helpful staff towel warmer inconsistent cleaning dated look
The staff was helpful and friendly. They cleaned the room daily (which I appreciated). The room had all the booked amenities. A towel warmer was a great addition to the bathroom.
The room service cleaning schedule was not consistent. This caused some inconvenience (especially in the mornings). The hotel seemed a bit dated. A refurbishment would improve it.

quiet street comfortable bed big room dirty hotel uncleaned mirrors continental breakfast
the location was great it was on a quiet street. the bed was comfortable i slept well. the room was big enough for just me it suited my needs.
the reception staff were very friendly however the hotel was dirty. i saw cobwebs everywhere and the mirrors had not been cleaned in a long time. the breakfast was not what i expected it was a continental breakfast.

Acceptable Stay but Issues with Room Assignment
small room lack of flexibility
The location proved convenient for accessing many sites.
I booked a room expecting certain amenities however the room assigned was not what I anticipated and was quite small I found this discrepancy disappointing given the price charged and the lack of flexibility to address it I would not book again.
