Teufelskrallen Lodge, Kalkrand

Location

Teufelskrallen Lodge is positioned on the first western dune of the Kalahari, offering guests a panoramic view over the endless vastness of the unique landscape. The tent houses are spaced apart for privacy, providing an immersive experience in the Kalahari wilderness. The lodge is accessible via a tarmac road, located 190 km from Windhoek along the B1 highway.

Rooms

The lodge features six tent houses that come fully furnished, equipped with private bathrooms and a large viewing deck. Each bathroom is connected to the tent by a short boardwalk, enhancing the outdoor experience. Guests can enjoy sunset views over the savannah from their private shaded viewing decks.

Dining

Dining is available at the restaurant located in the old farmhouse, which is a 3 km distance from the tent houses. Guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner in a cozy setting with views of the oasis-like garden. The farmhouse also includes a swimming pool and shaded garden areas to relax in after meals.
