breakfast? amazing! i had full english, sausages, beans, eggs, tomatoes. there were toasts, butter, and jam also. the coffee really got me going, totally what i needed. it is seriously close to the beach and the city center. what a find!

the staff was friendly and helpful i was allowed to leave my luggage after checkout. the breakfast included large pots of tea and coffee and toast was available in abundance. i felt very welcome .
the tea tray provided was quite basic. i think a wider selection of teas could enhance the experience.

The breakfast had an excellent choice of drinks and cereals. The main breakfast was also excellent. The hotel is close to the beach and the town. Access is easy.
My room was quite dusty. The dust was everywhere inside each drawer. The carpet need a very good hoovering. The rear back of the bed also need hoovering because it made from fabrics.
