the breakfast was lovely and started my day wonderfully. the shortbread biscuits were delicious and such a treat in my room. i felt cared for throughout my stay!
The kettle lead was short. It was a little inconvenient. a longer lead would be useful though.

the breakfast was alright. they had a decent selection, i suppose.
The room was a bit of a letdown. i couldn't get any hot water on the first night, which wasn't exactly a luxurious start. plus, the kettle cord was too short. I had to perform acrobatics to plug it in.. talk about inconvenient. it felt pretty steep for what i got.

the staff was accommodating. the breakfast was original and tasty, with hot coffee flowing, i found the location perfect for visiting nearby areas. the spot was ideal for a meet up with family and i greatly enjoyed the convenient access it provided.
The kettle lead in my room was quite short. It didn't reach the plug socket.

the grade ii listed building contains very nice architecture, the oldy worldy decor adds character, i noticed that it has been beautifully decorated. not a right angle existed in my cozy room.

my room proved adorable with a large bathroom and it was really comfortable. the hotel offers rooms above the restaurant and bar, a fact that allows easy access for an evening meal. the rooms are above the restaurant and bar.
