fantastic stay!

estuary viewscomfortable bedfriendly staff
i enjoyed the estuary views from the annexe. the bed was very comfortable, and i found the large walk-in shower a plus. the staff in the pub were very friendly (jamie was very cheerful!).
the building work next door started early in the morning.

The location was utterly divine. The coastal views were amazing. the staff showed care to every small detail. my dog received a lovely welcome hamper, with delicious treats. breakfast each morning was an really good feast.
the room was just a tiny bit chilly upon arrival, but it warmed up quickly with the electric heater.

The location is great, right by the quay. I could take a ferry to instow every day. finding parking was never an issue. the family room was spacious with a king size bed and wonderful views. the bathroom was big and well decorated. I found nice touches like biscuits, milk, and tap water. items for purchase.
the bar seemed understaffed sometimes.

Really good Stay with Quay Views

My room in the annexe was well-appointed. Excellent quality extras were provided in the room. The location next to the quay offered convenient access to local attractions. The staff members were very friendly and helpful .
The building work next door began at 7:30 AM, causing some early morning disturbance.

there was building work next door, i heard it started early at 7:30 am. not great but it's ok.

My Seaview room had lovely views of the Torridge estuary. The bathroom in Room 19 was clean and spacious (I really liked the Brantley toiletries).
