superb stay at charming location
ample choicesplentiful servingscharming windownice food
breakfast included many choices with generous servings. peter's porridge with bee juice was a standout. i enjoyed the views of squirrels playing on the lawn from the cottage window. a local pub offered nice food and service nearby.
The room needed a very slight amount of dusting. Otherwise, it was flawless.

The hosts were very cute. The breakfast choice had good quality. There was a good dining pub within a couple of minutes walk for evening meals.
I could not check in on time, because no one was available. There was no welcome (not even a pint of fresh milk for a cup of tea). The room was basic, without privacy because of cars and people walking past.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Peter is an ex chef and made his own sausages. Everything was local and cooked to perfection. Cleanliness was GREAT and our hosts informed the local restaurant, 2mins up the drive, that we were stopping at the guest house. The pub staff were very friendly and the meals were good.
