stained shower matunsecured soap bottle
The shower mat had stains. It looked unclean even after washing. the soap bottle in the shower worried me because it was glass and not secured, a safety concern! the shower itself was quite slippery. also, one of the water bottles seemed to have been opened and refilled from the tap, which i found unhygienic.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the large, comfortable bed in the room. I particularly appreciated the deep, roll-top bath, it. Breakfast featured generous portions presented beautifully.
The steep stairs were hard to navigate at night. The hallway lighting was dim.

The staff were helpful and very friendly. i enjoyed a generously sized room with a super king size bed. The room ensured a good night's sleep. breakfast included a good choice.
the food was standard, nothing special. i thought that considering it was a small menu, we expected that the food would be done very well. the steak was not great quality and lacked flavour though.

The room was too small. The sleigh bed frame took up SOOO much space. There was hardly any room to move around and no proper closet, just some knobs on the wall. the dark blue carpet on the stairs, combined with poor lighting, made it difficult to see at night. This is a HUGE issue if you have any sight problems.

Our room, Lovely & Larger Room, featured great bed linen. The freestanding bath and powerful shower were also highlights. Excellent quality coffee, teas, and biscuits were provided, I thought. We found the location convenient, a short walk to the city centre.
One of the water bottles in the room was already opened and looked refilled.
