The free shuttle took me to many places . I used it to reach the historic neighborhood and Sparkman Wharf. The hotel staff was quite helpful and friendly.
The room needs some updates.

i found the check-in process quick the room i got was beautifully appointed with clean new sheets and towels the furnishings were also new i loved the free shuttle to places nearby and the restaurant onsite had reasonable prices i had a great meal there

The staff were helpful. The hotel offered a shuttle service. It provided transport to locations within a certain radius. I found breakfast at the restaurant good. The lobby decorations looked festive (it was close to the holidays).
The shower had only one option. It lacked a bathtub. I found this slightly inconvenient.

reckless driverloud toilet
The shuttle driver drove recklessly. I saw them not use turn signals and stop in the middle of the road. This forced other cars into oncoming traffic. the doors slammed loudly, all the time. I could hear the toilet flushing next door or above me. It really interrupted my rest.

the room had a king size bed. it provided a comfortable sleeping arrangement. the room offered sufficient space for luggage and movement. the accessible shower in the room proved very helpful.
