Excellent Gulf View

The staff was helpful and efficient. The room had a fantastic view of the Gulf. The hotel offered beach chairs and umbrellas at no extra cost. The pool was heated and quite nice.
I experienced long waits and crowded conditions. This impacted my overall experience negatively.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It included a king-size bed and a seating area. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. There was a small balcony with views.

The hotel is near many restaurants. A short walk leads directly to the beach. Pier 60 is also a short distance away. Many services and attractions are easily accessible.

our beautiful king room Gulf FRONT offered Lovely views. the aluminum refillable water bottles were a NICE touch.
The valet services weren't great. I found a half eaten sandwich in my vehicle upon its return. i also felt a little pressure to tip for the BEACH chairs.

Acceptable Hotel Stay, But Improvements Needed
incorrect breakfastlimited beach view
The in-room service had problems. One morning, I received old strawberry jelly and an incorrect breakfast order. The pool felt small for the number of hotel guests. Timeshare occupants shared this small pool. Even with slight winds, staff lowered all umbrellas. This made being at the pool unpleasant. Beach chairs included in the resort fee sat behind three rows of cabanas with a limited beach view.
