The staff were friendly and accommodating .

I found the bed unsatisfactory. It requires replacement with a more appropriate model. The current setup detracts from an otherwise acceptable room and bathroom standard. This is a significant area that needs attention.

the rooms reminded me of stand-alone bungalows behind the pub. the room finish reached a 5 star standard and everything was impeccably clean. i particularly enjoyed the huge breakfast, it cost just £10.

the bathroom light turned itself on and off WITHOUT control.
