Comfortable Stay Near Newmarket

direct accessdog friendlyrefurbished roomsfriendly staff
I appreciated the direct access from my 'stable style' room. It was quite convenient. Dog walking options were plentiful and easily accessible, allowing enjoyable outings. The refurbished rooms seemed clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and cute.
The TV signal in my room was not working, a little frustrating.

The hotel offered convenient parking right outside my room, a practical touch, especially with luggage. it is near Newmarket race course and Cambridge is only 25 minutes away.
Rooms

My room featured new decor and a modern bathroom, thus offering a fresh environment. A comfortable bed ensured restful sleep, contributing positively to my stay. The rooms were motel-style, set in an L shape around the parking.

A good selection of beers was available at the pub, therefore catering to varied tastes. The food, both for dinner and breakfast, seemed excellent, indicating high culinary standards. Coop store is around the corner.

A Wonderful Getaway

clean decorlight starterdelicious crumble
The room was wonderfully clean, i noticed neat decor throughout. The goat cheese starter tasted beautifully light. The blackberry and Victoria plum crumble was delicious. I wish them every success.
The room lacked sufficient milk for tea.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers parking spaces right up to the door of ground-level annexes, perfect with heavy luggage. This is convenient. guests can use reliable wifi with a decent download speed, so staying connected poses no challenges at ALL.
Service

The staff members are all friendly and helpful, and they accommodate dietary needs. My wife's lactose intolerance was handled with ease at every meal. Breakfast and dinner service were both perfect, a TRUE reflection of their dedication.
Location

The hotel is situated in an attractive village, and a handy village store sits conveniently next door. EVERYTHING is very accessible. The atmosphere inside the hotel is inviting, with locals adding to the experience, so it feels like a real community.
