The location was great, directly next to bond street station. my room was fantastic. The furnishings were modern. i found underfloor heating in the bathroom, a nice touch. the towel warmers worked well. i appreciated the easy access to restaurants.

I encountered a slight delay getting coffee during breakfast one morning. it took about 20 minutes. I reminded staff once.

The hotel's proximity to Bond Street station was convenient (it made getting around very easy). The soundproofing ensured a peaceful rest. Upon arrival, we were kinda surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room. It was heartwarming.

Navigating the lighting system in the room proved to be quite challenging. I found some switches activated unexpectedly during the night, which slightly disrupted my sleep.
