The room was clean. It had an upscale feeling. The location is very quiet. It is a beautiful neighborhood well connected with public transport. The bathroom and shower were actually big.

comfortable bed attentive staff convenient location

the standard double room felt cozy with a comfortable bed. breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive. the location was great for accessing nearby attractions, i found victoria station within walking distance.

the bathroom ventilation seemed a little noisy at times during the night, a minor issue.

the location was acceptable with easy access to transportation.

our 'luxury double room' felt quite cramped. there was barely enough space to move around, and storing our luggage was a real challenge. adding to the discomfort, the air conditioning was not working properly. it was quite unpleasant

The staff was friendly upon my arrival. They remained helpful throughout my stay. The location is a short walk to Victoria. This made access to attractions easy.

The soundproofing was quite poor. I constantly heard footsteps from the room above. The breakfast selection seemed poor. Many items were missing.

the location was alright. however, i found the soundproofing quite poor. i constantly heard footsteps from the room above. it got to a point i bought earplugs just so i could sleep. also, the breakfast was below expectations. the selection was very limited.
