the standard double room felt cozy with a comfortable bed. breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive. the location was great for accessing nearby attractions, i found victoria station within walking distance.

the bathroom ventilation seemed a little noisy at times during the night, a minor issue.

the location was acceptable with easy access to transportation.

our 'luxury double room' felt quite cramped. there was barely enough space to move around, and storing our luggage was a real challenge. adding to the discomfort, the air conditioning was not working properly. it was quite unpleasant

The staff was friendly upon my arrival. They remained helpful throughout my stay. The location is a short walk to Victoria. This made access to attractions easy.
