convenient locationaccessible groceries
the location was near hyde park. gloucester underground station was also a short walk. i found many restaurants nearby and groceries were easily accessible.
the centrally controlled air conditioning felt inadequate, resulting in a warm room and some restless nights.

immaculate pool arearelaxing atmospherejazz chill room
i appreciated the immaculate pool area and changing room. the cleanliness and design created a relaxing atmosphere. i also found the jazz chill-out room really good with an entertaining player adding to the ambience and feel.
the room was smaller than advertised, and there was limited space for luggage.

The location is convenient with easy access to public transport.
The pool area was not clean. I saw empty water bottles and the sun loungers were dirty. The sauna was dilapidated, it needs maintenance. I also noted empty salt and pepper pots during the food service, staff did not check back.
