thought out roomfriendly staffsafety lightnarrow fire escape
my room had everything so well thought out. location was fabulous. the staff was very friendly and helpful despite my late check-in. access to the rooms is very secure.
the green safety light keeped me awake all night. the room was difficult to reach up a narrow steep fire escape. i found it above some bins in a back ally. the kettle didn't work.

the superior king suite included a very large tv and tasteful decorations. a kitchenette outside the room provided cereal, bread, and croissants. there also was milk in the fridge.
a safety light in the room shined bright all night.

the room design was amazing. Furnishings and decorations felt very upscale. EVERYTHING felt both high quality and super clean. The breakfast area had a COFFEE machine, toaster, fridge, and sink. It was stocked with cereals, milk, bread and jams. The bed was large and VERY comfortable. There was a large outdoor area with tables ready for warmer weather.
there is a VERY bright green safety light that kept me awake a LONG time.

My room was pristine and light. It featured every facility I needed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with both a bath and shower. Toiletries were also provided.
The green safety light in the room was very bright. It kept me awake for most of the night! This was a real issue. It needs fixing. there was no allocated parking, so finding a space was a challenge.
