Acceptable stay, some issues observed

The hotel's location was good , very central.
The bathroom needed a deep clean , the towel rail looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower had mould and the window sill needed attention. The toilet was also hard to flush.

The location is central and very convenient. I found the staff was friendly and helpful and made sure I had what I needed.
The bedroom carpet needed a good vacuuming. I also noticed that the TV remote control was very dirty, this was not great.

The location was great. It was close to town center shops and restaurants.
My room was hot. There was no air conditioning. I wasn't happy. The windows did not open and the hotel did not offer a fan. This made the room very uncomfortable.
