fine long poolhalf boardlovely staff
I enjoyed the fine long pool. It is adults only. The hotel has half board with no surcharges, except for caviar. Staff members are all very lovely. Even the gardeners greet you.

i loved the beautiful decor and really good amenities. the staff constantly spoiled us , so kind. akon, a staff member. he were pretty good too. the breakfast was extraordinary and very complete.
the windows in my room were small. they could not be opened to get fresh air.

i found the pools beautiful and the access to the beach superb. the resort was quiet and the staff very attentive. i appreciated the seafront restaurant's excellent location. reception staff helped me book taxis and tours.
i experienced a less than ideal check in process. i expected a warmer welcome for a luxury hotel. customer service did not match other oman hotels at this price.

the hotel had a beautiful pool area it featured ample loungers and constant water refills the breakfast offered fresh and delicious food options the staff was very attentive during breakfast it made for a smooth start to the day
the curtains in my room didn't block the morning light very well the slippers provided were surprisingly poor in quality one of the wardrobe lights wasn't working these small issues affected the overall experience
