acceptable roomterrible noiseloud floor
the room was acceptable and i suppose the breakfast wasn't awful.
upon arrival, the noise insulation was terrible i could hear every foot fall in the room upstairs, complete with loud floor creaking. the person upstairs made multiple trips to the bathroom at night, each one waking me up. it really was not my best night's sleep.

Breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the many choices. i selected the full english breakfast. the large room had tea and coffee facilities.
the coffee from the machine wasn't the best. i prefer a stronger brew

The room was very clean and perfect. The food was great and the portions were generous (I especially liked the steak). Staff members were great and provided great service.
Noise insulation between rooms needs improvement, as sounds from neighboring rooms were easily heard.

The hotel offers private parking . Getting to the room required negotiating two flights of stairs. Stair access was manageable (though a handrail was present on only one side).

The breakfast was excellent, with quick service. The menu presented a good range of items. I had two evening meals, and they were delicious. There was a large selection of homemade puddings.
