fantastic stay!

I received a kind upgrade upon arrival, which i always appreciate. the staff proved helpful and attentive! the aroma throughout the hotel was pleasant. the cleanliness and tasteful decoration of the rooms really stood out. I stayed in ralph one bedroom apartment this time. the copper bath and separate shower provided a luxurious touch, and the beds were very comfortable, not to mention the cute reception room!
The living room was like a sauna. There was a rotating fan but it did nothing to cool it down. i was not able to use it at all meaning half of the apartment i paid a lot to rent was wasted to us.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. i received a room upgrade due to a birthday celebration, nice. my room had cooking facilities that were suitable for a weekend break.
the room smelled musty when i arrived. bars nearby caused excessive noise until late at night. the bathroom had a tiny sink.

i stayed for my graduation i received an unexpected room upgrade to the ralph one bedroom apartment. checking out was easy the staff were lovely and helpful. the suite was clean everything was considered there were sweets and music. the hotel's location is quiet but within walking distance of the cathedral.
the glass panel beside the door was a slight trip hazard it was my only minor issue.

The hotel looked fancy, I admit it. The room looked nice. The toilet seat was broken. I got charged £150 for the flimsy thing after I slipped in the bathroom. I cut myself and there was no concern shown at all. I do not understand extra cleaning charges either.

mixed feelings about my stay
noisy barvery soft mattress
I found a couple of things disappointing. the noise from the nearby bar was quite disruptive. I couldn't sleep well because of it. also, the bed was far too soft for my liking. I prefer a firmer mattress. it really impacted my sleep quality .
