broken seatextra charge
The hotel looked fancy, I admit it. The room looked nice. The toilet seat was broken. I got charged £150 for the flimsy thing after I slipped in the bathroom. I cut myself and there was no concern shown at all. I do not understand extra cleaning charges either.

mixed feelings about my stay
noisy barvery soft mattress
I found a couple of things disappointing. the noise from the nearby bar was quite disruptive. I couldn't sleep well because of it. also, the bed was far too soft for my liking. I prefer a firmer mattress. it really impacted my sleep quality .
