unhelpful staff poor attitude
The location was acceptable, placing main attractions nearby.
The staff seemed unhelpful, particularly when questions arose. Their responsiveness was inconsistent based on appearance, THIS is unacceptable. I will not return due to the staff's poor attitude.

unhelpful staff missing fridge
The location was acceptable. It was central, as expected.
The reception staff were not helpful. I needed a kettle for tea, but they said they didn't have one, imagine that. There was also no fridge in the room. How am I supposed to chill my drinks? It really wasn't the most standards things I expect.
