lovely rooms and good service

friendly staffgreat breakfastdated room
the welcome was friendly and the staff were helpful. i had no issues. the room was clean. the breakfast chef was accommodating and cooked a great breakfast.
the room felt a little dated. the radiator was behind the bed, so the room was a little cold when i arrived. i had to turn the radiator ON to heat the room.

I LOVED the friendly and helpful staff. They made everything easy. The food portions were very generous at dinner, wow. The pub has lots of character, a really fun atmosphere.

staff were friendly, they were helpful. breakfast tasted good, good service was provided. family visitors joined us for dinner one sunday, meal was first class and tasty. i thank all staff for a kind stay.
the room needed an update, it had chipped paint. table tops felt sticky to the touch. overall it was not quite a 4 star experience.
