the staff proved helpful. i especially appreciated the central location and the easy access to nearby restaurants! the grand decor of the hotel charmed me, a real touch of history there. i also had tea, coffee, and water in my room.
The main issue i encountered involved external noise early in the morning. delivery sounds began around 6:30 am just below the windows. this could use attention. It was quite disruptive.

The location was great, placing me right where all the action is. Restaurants were easily accessible, and the entrance to the taxi rank and bus stop was super convenient. I found shopping to be good and eventually located free public parking nearby. The fine dining in the brasserie restaurant was popular and the scallops were yummy.

The room had crisp white cotton bedding and the bathroom featured super soft white fluffy towels. A coffee machine was also a great added bonus, providing convenience . The room was warm and comfortable.

The staff was helpful and friendly ensuring all needs were promptly met. The brasserie attached offered very good food options with attentive service. The lift was a convenient feature for reaching the fourth floor.
