Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The room was clean upon my arrival which was a plus.
The restaurant's closure was inconvenient given the hotel's location. My room was advertised as having a city view however, it overlooked a car park and residential buildings. The hotel staff was uncooperative about this discrepancy.
