The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. The room included a well-stocked minibar with complimentary soft drinks. Staff members were helpful. They quickly assisted me with directions to local attractions.
The gym was rather small, it had limited equipment.

The breakfast offered a great variety of options. The room was very clean. They replaced the complimentary water bottle each day.
The air conditioner had issues. With outside temperatures around 25 degrees, the room felt warmer upon returning after a day of city exploration. the room had poor illumination.

the location was really good i could walk easily to the lanxess arena across the street. the breakfast was delicious with many options and fresh ingredients. my room was clean and well maintained with ample space. staff members were helpful and responsive to my needs .
the room had a very slight sewage smell upon arrival i did not find it overwhelming however.

the hotel is very close to the lanxess arena. this made attending an event there very convenient. the breakfast offered a good selection of choices. the bathroom shower was excellent it provided a refreshing experience.
the air conditioner was a problem . even with decent outside temperatures, the room felt warmer than outside after a day of touring. the room had a low headroom section that was not marked. i bumped my head into it badly a few times at night.
