the room was nice and large.
i was asked rather abruptly if i had paid. Apparently, payment hadn't been received. the staff seemed overwhelmed. It seemed walk-ins were prioritized, quite annoying!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful . I found a large selection of toiletries in the bathroom. The room included lots of tea, coffee, and milk for my convenience.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
unclean water juglong wait
The water jug in the room was not clean , and the glass had visible marks. I also waited an unreasonable amount of time for a staff member to take my order at the table. The food prices seemed high , especially when extra toppings significantly increased the cost of a pizza. I had to leave without breakfast because only one staff member was working , and after 20 minutes , she still had not taken my drink order.

the staff helped a lot. fresh milk was available for morning drinks in the room. i found homemade cookies on arrival. the pub had a quaint atmosphere. the room had excellent decoration and a very comfortable bed i slept well. there was a slipper bath with hot water in the room to enjoy

the room was very clean.
i felt rushed during my dinner. i understand they were busy, but we had booked and they clearly took walk-ins without space for them. the lady who booked us in had a pretty awful attitude (but the breakfast lady was lovely).
